Charlotte’s work includes complex, high-value shareholder and investor disputes, insolvency litigation, and contractual and business disputes. Charlotte is qualified in New South Wales and the United Kingdom. She has also qualified in the British Virgin Islands.

- Acting for hedge funds that purchased debt in Babcock & Brown in an investigation of breach of directors duties claims
