Kim’s past property matters have included:
- Acting for private individuals and corporations on due diligence, disposal and acquisition of residential, commercial, retail and industrial property.
- Acting on large-scale long term property transactions, involving multiple stages and various title models (community, strata and Torrens).
- Leasing and licensing of property, including large commercial and retail leases and Crown land.
- Drafting development documents in strata, stratum and community title developments.
- Advising on unique transactions such as airspace leases and heritage floor space acquisitions.
- Acting on the acquisition and disposal of businesses, with a particular focus on hotel businesses and liquor licensing.
- Acting on property-related dispute resolution matters, including the acquisition of easements and statutory partitions.
- Advising on duty and land tax issues.
