Nikola is a commercial litigation lawyer with experience in complex, high-value disputes across various State and Federal jurisdictions. He has acted in proceedings in the District Court of New South Wales, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the Federal Court of Australia, and he has also appeared in the High Court of Australia.
Nikola’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and regulatory disputes. He has been involved in matters concerning breaches of the Australian Consumer Law and the Corporations Act, complex commercial disputes, shareholder class actions and ASIC and ICAC examinations and enforcement actions. He has also acted in complex Federal Court litigation involving serious financial crime and regulatory issues.
