Nikola has over five years’ pre-admission experience in commercial litigation, corporate law, and contract matters, and in acting for high net worth and high profile individuals. Nikola has had exposure to particularly complex dispute matters, and has worked on proceedings in the District, Supreme and Federal Courts, as well as in various Tribunals across New South Wales. Nikola is a fast learner, is highly organised and is an excellent team player.
Experience
Nikola's recent legal experience has included:
- Assisting in the representation of a number of high net worth and high profile individuals in sensitive commercial and personal matters
- Managing the eDiscovery process for and working on a substantial Federal Court matter, involving two of the largest manufacturers in Australia, requiring the management of millions of documents and facilitating sensitive document production.
- Preparing complex briefs to experts and Counsel, court books, affidavits and submissions, and undertaking legal research.
- Preparing numerous complex Supreme and Federal Court matters for hearing, and participating in settlement discussions.
Nikola is bilingual, and is fluent in written and spoken English and Serbian.
